In the heart of Hampi, on the bank of the Tungabhadra River, the Virupaksha Temple is a stunning stone-crafted structure and the centerpiece of Vijayanagara, India. The superstructure was constructed from brick and mortar, with numerous captivating stucco figures adorning the exterior of the first tier.
